Like most moms, my body changed a lot after I had kids. It took me about 5 years to come around to this idea that my body wasn’t going to look like it did when I was 20 and had 3% body fat.
A little backstory
I used to be obsessed with skinny. I didn’t care about healthy or strong. I just wanted to be thin because that’s what I had been my whole life. Before pregnancy and childbirth, I didn’t really have to think about what I was wearing and if it fit right because in a world that worships thin, thin bodies are easy to dress.
